FAQ's

1. I am a consumer, how can I buy your products?

  • We only supply to registered trade business customers. If you are a consumer, please use our store locator link, enter your postcode and find the shops nearest to you which stock our products. Please contact the store, to confirm stock availability. 

2. How to open an account with us?

  • Please fill in our account opening form. We will then be in touch to discuss your requirements and account arrangements. All new customers will be required to pay in advanced for orders. Delivery/Collection/Courier terms to be agreed at the time of opening account.

3. Can I apply for a credit account?

  • We only provide credit facility to pre-approved accounts. All new accounts will be required to trade with us for at least 6 months (Minimum 3 orders) before credit facility can be discussed. Credit account requests will be subject to credit checks, trade reference & management's approval. Credit faciility can be withdrawn without any prior notice. 

4. I want to open an account and buy a few products?

  • We only supply to Registered Trade Businesses. Businesses can place order with us after account opening formalities are completed. 

5. We already buy products from you, how can we register for a online account?

  • Please send us your account number and a contact name and email address. We will then set up your account and send you relevant login details.

1. Do you deliver and is there a minimum order value?

  • The terms for minimum orders and delivery will be agreed at the time of opening your account. We can deliver anywhere across the UK, Norther Ireland and Europe. 

2.  I need assistance with placing orders on the website?

  • Please contact us and we will be happy to help you and train you around our site.

3. I want to add or change some items on an order which has been submitted?

  • Please contact us by email or phone and provide order reference number and the items you wish to add/change. We will not accept last minute changes or additions, please give advanced notice. sales@top-op.com 02031374477

4. When will I get my delivery, once order is submitted?

  • We try to deliver as per your agreed delivery days. (Dependent on various factors)
  • Orders sent by transpoprt courier will be delivered based on the service you have chosen. 

5. Is discount applied to Promotional Items?

  • Promotional items are nett price, and discounts will be removed. If your account is set to recieve discounts, it will show a discount applied on your web order against promotional items. This discount will be removed at the time of invoice, if you have qualified for the promotion.

2. Is Niharti Castor Oil edible for human consumption?

  • Yes. NIharti Castor Oil is cold pressed and is okay for human consupmtion. It can be used with foods or personal use

3. Does Top-Op Henna Vasma have any ingredients or added colouring?

  • No. Top-Op Heena Vasma is made from Pure Henna Leaves. There is no added colouring.
